Each hosted business receives its own TradiePro application instance, persistent data directory and database rather than sharing rows inside one multi-tenant database. Hosting, backup and support remain managed according to the subscribed plan.

The customer owns its operational records. AESS designs hosted services with export and recovery in mind. Practical export scope, retention and offboarding steps are confirmed in the service agreement.

The TradiePro web application and live demo are available today. The iOS field app is the next controlled build phase. Public TestFlight and offline capability will be announced only after internal security and workflow validation.

The current web application requires a connection to the customer instance. Offline-first iOS synchronisation is planned, but it is not described as generally available until queueing, conflict handling, media upload and recovery tests pass.

TradiePro currently contains its own quoting, invoicing, payment and GST-source functions. Xero integration is a planned Business/Projects capability and will be labelled beta or available only when the connection has passed production acceptance.

Approved on-premise and hybrid deployments are handled under Enterprise. AESS no longer presents self-hosting as a low-cost one-time licence because secure installation, backup, updates and recovery require an implementation and support plan.

Possibly. The request must fit the product architecture, security model and maintenance roadmap. AESS prefers reusable product capability over customer-specific forks that become unsafe or difficult to upgrade.

The pipeline includes Marine & Plant CMMS, Facilities Management for hotels and similar properties, Rental Property Operations, and Victualing & Provisioning software. These are labelled as planned or discovery products until validated.
