Customer data is not an advertising product.
AESS builds operational software. We do not design our products around selling customer information, behavioural advertising or hidden data brokerage.
Privacy principles
Customer ownership
Business records entered into an AESS product remain the customer’s operational data. Hosted service agreements describe backup, retention, support access, export and deletion procedures.
Private hosted instances
TradiePro hosted customers are provisioned with separated application and data resources. AESS personnel should access customer data only when authorised for implementation, support, security response or recovery.
Website information
This static marketing site is designed without advertising trackers. Standard hosting and security logs may record technical request information such as IP address, user agent, request path and timestamp for reliability and abuse prevention.
Product telemetry
AESS will document any operational telemetry, crash reporting or analytics before enabling it. Sensitive business content must not be sent to unrelated analytics or advertising providers.
iOS application
The planned TradiePro iOS application will connect to the server address configured for the customer. Camera, photo, location and notification permissions will be requested only where required by an explicit product workflow and will be described in the final App Store privacy information.
